24e Challenge Inter-Banques – Trophée ERI

Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July 2016

Over 50 people are taking part in the 24th Challenge Inter-Banques – Trophee ERI. Organised by the Yacht Club de Monaco, under the patronage of AMAF (Association Monégasque des Activités Financières) and support from financial software leader, ERI, this friendly regatta has become a fixture on the calendar for those involved not only in Monaco’s financial sector, but also on the Côte d’Azur.

The goal: boost team spirit

On the programme are two days of racing on J/70s, made available free of charge by all the owners in the J/70 Monaco Class Association. Reserved exclusively for banking and financial companies, this regatta is a great way to boost team spirit in an event where camaraderie and a sporting challenge seamlessly combine.

Those registered can look forward to a weekend of relaxation and fun on the Monaco race area, starting on Saturday with an inshore race to Mala beach, then lunch by the sea before racing back to the Principality. On Sunday 3rd July, the fleet will be in the bay of Monaco competing in several races on a windward-leeward course.

A reminder that last year, the BNP Paribas Wealth Management team won the regatta ahead of Barclays Bank with the Swiss UBS in third.
